First, the Yucca Tap Room welcomed all of us with open arms, GOT US ALL DRUNK, and gave us GREAT SOUND!!!!
Second, 9th Street Shakedown were fuckin' AWESOME in the TRASHY ROCK N' ROLL TRADITION of The Stones, The Heartbreakers, The Gun Club, The Cramps, The Joneses, and Pussy Galore. All of you who missed them....SHAME ON YOU LOSERS!!!!!
Thirdly, MY FAVE GLAM/PUNK/POWER POPPERS PRIMA DONNA were the best ROCK N ROLL BAND I've SEEN LIVE since....UMMMM Damn...THETY"RE THE BEST I've Seen in years!!!! Seriously these kids are like NY Dolls meets Hanoi Rocks & a male The Runaways!!!!! FUCKIN' GREAT!!!

Then the last minute added The Cute Lepers showed up to play a FANTASTIC POWER POP/ NEW WAVE / 77 Punk set of JUICY SEXY Hits!!!!
This 6 piece brilliant POP MASTERPIECE was as good as any UK 70's Power Pop / New Wave band from my childhood!!!!!
Stevie E. Nix (formerly of The Briefs) now in The Cute Lepers is one part Elvis Costello, One part Iggy Pop, and the rest Pete Shelley!!!!

FAST TIMES! Bi Monthly Event in TEMPE, AZ.
Hey guys,
This is my first promoted show under the name FAST TIMES! It's a bi monthly event (specializing in Glam Rock, Garage Rock, Power Pop, and 77 Punk), that happens this Thursday Sept. 4th with Prima Donna and 9th Street Shakedown . But will continue the first & third Wednesday of every month after Sept.
Prima Donna is a 5 piece Glam Rock/ Garage Rock/Power Pop/77 Punk from Hollywood. They have just released their debut CD out on Acetate Records (home of The Hangmen, Rhino Bucket, and others). Their sound is influenced by NY Dolls, The Stooges, The Standells, The Sonics, Hanoi Rocks, Flamin' Groovies, MC5, Raspberries, The Records, Cheap Trick, The Runaways, Sparks, Joan Jett, The Quick, Ramones, Gen X, and The Boys to name a few. Kevin Tyler Preston was also in the the break out Garage Rock band Foxboro Hot Tubs feat. Green Day, but his band is way cooler...LOL!!!!
This is show is FREE (Yucca Tap Room shows are always free)!!! I want to leave a great impression on the club owner, so I can continue to bring Arizona great events. Some of the up cooming bands I have in store are The Joneses, The Starlite Desperation, Garrie "Guitar" Lammin (Cocksparrer), The Thunder Boys, The Nice Boys, The Cute Lepers, and The Urgencies (ex Pure Rubbish/ Texas) in the next 3 months. I also have great local bands and dj's (Beatnick "Scotty", Ryan Wong, Punk Rock Kate, Brandt Lee, including myself every event) that will continue to ROCK your sox off!!!! Also surpise guests monthly, alongside local bands like Thee Unfortunates, Dead Eyes of London, Tokyo Electron, Earthmen & Strangers, 9th Street Shakedown, Antique Scream, The Leather Boys, and Kill Baby Kill, this fall/winter season.
